It was indeed a star-starry afternoon showcasing the achievements of Sparkle GMA Artists for 2023 featuring their brightest artists, popular love teams, child wonders, leading ladies, ppop boygroup, primetime loyalties, and blockbuster stars in an event dubbed as the SPARKLE Grand Fans Day held at the Skydome of SM City North Edsa, Quezon City, Sunday afternoon of December 10.
The event commenced paying tribute to the upcoming movies in MMFF 2023 where most of the Sparkle Artists starred in the movie such as Cassy Legazpi in "When I Met You in Tokyo," Ysabel Ortega, Euwenn Mikael Aleta, and Miguel Tanfelix in "Firefly, "Pokwang in "Becky and Baddette," Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes in "Rewind," and Alden Richards in "A Family of 2 (A Mother and Son Story)."
Jak Roberto did the honor of performing the opening number singing a Bruno Mars medley. Afterwards he shared a glimpse of his upcoming 2024 project with GMA including the nearing finale of their afternoon series "The Missing Husband." Right after him, the seven young and talented members of the newest GMA PPop boygroup called Cloud7 were introduced performing their very own single plus their rendition of a popular dance craze.
With the blockbuster success of "Five Breakups and a Romance" and his much-anticipated MMFF 2023 movie entry “A Family of 2 (A Mother and Son Story)," the Asia's Multi-Awarded Blockbuster Star Alden Richards heated up the stage performing the hit songs of the 90's boyband Backstreet Boys and Westlife. The screams of the fans get louder when he threw his own jacket to the audience! Alden also shared his excitement working with BarDa's Barbie Forteza and David Licauco in another historical-themed TV series "Pulang Araw" which is set to premiere on 2024!
The kilig continues when the popular and well-loved Sparkle love teams performed sweet duets on stage. They were the Team Jolly's Sofia Pablo and Allen Ansay, Abdul Rahman and Shane Salva, Bryce Eusebio and Princess Aliyah, and Marco Masa and Ashley Sarmiento.
This 2023, another remarkable achievements of Sparkle GMA Artist Center is the introduction of their very own teen stars dubbed as the Sparkle Teens. Therefore in this grand fans day, the Sparkle Teens deserves a spotlight since majority of them were now known landing different challenging roles in the different TV series! And yeah, they performed special dance numbers showcasing their talents! They even excite fans giving them glimpses of their next and on-going projects such as the "Black Rider" for Marco Masa and Ashley Sarmiento, a new series for the new tandem of Princess Aliyah and Bryce Eusebio, and a shift from "Royal Blood" to "Pulang Araw" for Aidan Veneracion who did a very remarkable role as an autistic Archie in a recent series with Dingdong Dantes.
Meanwhile, the two new sanggres of the upcoming "Encantadia Chronicles" namely Bianca Umali and Kelvin Miranda were given their own spotlights singing lovely songs for their fans. Bianca expressed her gratitude to the Kapuso network for bringing her more opportunities and more challenging roles in the different series. Kelvin on the other hand spread love and kilig to the venue as he chose two lucky fans singing with him up on stage!

The Sparkle leading men such as Kimson Tan, Anjay Anson, Larkin Castor, and Jon Lucas and leading ladies such as Rabiya Mateo, Lianne Valentin, Angel Guardian, Shuvee Etrata, Faith Da Silva, and Ashley Ortega called the winning numbers of the lucky raffled fans. Oh not only that, fans were so lucky on this day! Chosen fans got a chance to have a duet song number with Sparkle artists on stage! Awesome!
The event concluded with closing numbers from the Kapuso Primetime superstars - the Action Primetime Hero Ruru Madrid and the Primetime Princess Barbie Forteza. The venue was filled by louder screams from the fans when Ruru made his own rendition of Vhong Navarro's iconic hit "Mr. Suave." Barbie on the other hand performed her fun and bubbly version of trending Meghan Trainor's hit "Made You Look."

The event officially concluded with a grand group photos with the whole Sparkle Artists who graced the event! Fans also got their chance to have selfies with their idols!
