ABS-CBN's "Maalaala Mo Kaya" will share this Saturday (February 1) the inspiring journey of award-winning actress Iza Calzado towards a 'lighter' life.

Featuring Empress and child star Belle Mariano as Iza, witness how an insecure girl bravely faced her problems and resolved her obesity issues.

Living in a broken family, how did Iza empower herself to win her personal battle with her weight? How did her seemingly simple weight problem became a crucial turning point in her life?

Also part of the "MMK" are Dimples Romana, Christian Vasquez, Ina Feleo and Joross Gamboa. The Raz de la Torre-directed episode is written by Cyrus Dan L. Cañares and Arah Jell Badayos, and researched by Akeem del Rosario.
