The Asia's Songbird Ms. Regine Velasquez and the hot hunk actor Dingdong Dantes will both return on TV series via their new soap called "I Heart You Pare"!Yup, Mr. Dingdong Dantes is the next leading man of Regine. And this new teleserye in GMA-7's Telebabad will be their first TV series teamup.
The story of "I Heart You Pare" is similar to the hit Koreanovela "Coffee Prince" wherein the leading lady will pretend to be a man then the leading man will fall in love to his leading lady which he actually knew is a man.
In this new soap, Regine will camouflage herself as a guy. Then the character of Dingdong will fall in love with this guy who is actually a girl!
It was first reported that GMA-7 will have their own "Coffee Prince" adaptation. But the network then decided to air first this Dingdong-Regine teleserye before their own "Coffee Prince" remake.
It's such another challenging role for Ms. Regine Velasquez her character in this new show. After portraying a fat girl in "Ako Si Kim Samsung" , then the villain Electrica in "Darna", and the ugly singer in "Diva", this time Regine will portray as a boy!
Will it be another hit teleserye of Regine just like her previous? Will Dingdong and Regine portray a perfect pair? Well if you will notice, Regine is always pairs with younger leading men.
