Simple yet meaningful words! This is how Maine Mendoza, the dabarkad and one of the mainstay hosts of the longest running noontime show on Philippine TV 'Eat Bulaga.' expressed her gratitude to the show that paved way for her entry in showbiz.
In her official twitter account which is @mainedcm, Maine wrote that simple yet meaningful words of gratitude to 'Eat Bulaga' together with the photos showing an empty studio of 'Eat Bulaga'' with the names of its main hosts.

Maine Mendoza rose in fame because of 'Eat Bulaga.' She started as a mainstay host of the show in 2015 via the show's segment kalyeserye where she was paired to Alden Richard. She was then known as Yaya Dub and her tandem with Alden called AlDub instantly rose as a huge phenomenal hit beating all the other love teams during that time.
Again, thank you 'Eat Bulaga.' Without this show, there is no Maine Mendoza today and their is no AlDub on the history of Philippine showbiz.
