'The Roundup' is a sequel of the 2017 comedy-action K-movie 'The Outlaw.' It stars Ma Dong-seok, Son Seok-koo, and Choi Gwi-hwa and is under the direction of Lee Sang-yong Ma Dong-seok becomes popular in the country after playing a breakout role in the horror 'Train To Busan.'
And because of the popularity of the stars to the Filipino audience, Grace Lee via her company Glimmer Inc. brought the movie to the Philippine cinemas!
And inline with the distribution of this film, we had a virtual blogcon with Ms. Grace Lee where she shared more stories behind the film. Grace also discussed her future plan of bringing more Korean movies and series to the Philippines.

According to her, the popularity of the actors is one of their criteria! She also revealed the qualities of the KDramas and K-movies that we can integrate to the Philippine entertainment!

'The Roundup' serves as the opening salvo in the lineup of major Korean releases under Grace’s content production and distribution company, Glimmer, Inc. It was in 2019 when Grace, a Korean who considers the Philippines as her home, set up the company “with the goal of really being the bridge between the Philippines and Korea for entertainment and cultural exchange.”
Moreover, Grace further unveiled during our blogcon that aside from KDramas and K-movies, they are also planning to spearhead different concerts of our favorite KPop icons!
'The Roundup' is now showing in the different Philippine cinemas and is currently receiving good feedback and reviews from the Filipino viewers! This is definitely a good sign that more and more K-movies and KDramas will be brought by Grace Lee's Glimmer company to the country!
