Albie Casiño Plays a Transgender Gay in 'MMK'

Kapamilya actor Albie Casiño gives life to the story of a transgender, who gets tested by fate several times in finding real love in “Maalaala Mo Kaya” this Saturday (Oct 15).

Since childhood, Bong (Albie Casiño) already knows that he likes boys but does not have the courage to come out to his father (Mike Lloren). So when his father died, Bong decides to let his real self shine through, which his mother (Malou De Guzman) fully accepts.

Years later, Bong meets Nick (Neil Coleta) and eventually becomes his boyfriend. Even when Bong decides to go to Madrid to fulfill his dream for his family, Nick remains committed to him. Until one day, Bong finds out that Nick is already married to a woman.

How will he cope with his heartache? What role will Carlos (Luke Jickain), a Spanish guy who falls in love with him, play in his life? What if he cross paths with Nick once again?

Joining this week’s episode of “MMK” are MC Calaquian, Jomar Santilices, JM Ibañez, Dexie Daulat, Helga Krapf, Marnie Lapus, and Lollie Mara. It is directed by Dado Lumibao and written by Benson Logronio and Arah Jell Badahyos. “MMK” is led by Star Creatives COO Malou Santos.
