“Doble Kara” serves up twice the drama and thrill as Kara and Sara (Julia Montes) do what it takes to stop Alex (Maxene Magalona) from destroying their family in the finale week of the country’s number one afternoon series.
After outsmarting the twins by kidnapping their kids Becca and Hannah, Lucille (Carmina Villarroel) helped them find her hideout to put her in jail and make her pay the price for all the crimes she committed. But just when they thought they have already won the battle, Alex uses some tricks up her sleeve that will turn things around.

For more than a year, viewers have tuned in to the touching story of twins Kara and Sara. “Doble Kara” remains as the country’s most watched weekday afternoon series, as it continues to share lessons on love and sacrifice and show the everyday joy and struggles of the Filipino family.
It also recorded an all-time high national TV rating of 21.7% last September 2016, a feat that gave Julia the title “Daytime Drama Queen.” The show has also remained unbeaten despite being pitted against several shows from the rival network, proving its huge success.
“Doble Kara” has also been recognized by several award-giving bodies such as ALTA Media Icon Awards and PMPC Star Awards. Julia, meanwhile, was recognized by the 14th Gawad Tanglaw and Anak TV Awards for her portrayal of twins Kara and Sara.
