JM De Guzman's First Heavy Drama Acting in 'MMK!'

"Ang bawat isa sa atin ay may nais patunayan.. Paano kung ang iyong inaasam ang magdadala sa iyo sa kapahamakan..?!" This is the controversial definition of this Saturday's episode of the longest running drama anthology "Maalaala Mo Kaya (MMK)"! And another promising newbie leading man will play the lead role!

JM De Guzman portrays the character of Jay in this next episode of "MMK". This is JM's very first heavy drama acting project. And this is his very first appearance in this said top-rating drama anthology.

Jay is a young man who wants to prove himself to his family. He will find his destiny in the foreign land by being an OFW. But he didn't know that the good life he wants to attain overseas will bring him tragedies.

Amazing! JM really shows his best in this another anticipating episode of "MMK"! As we all see, JM truly have a great acting stint proving that he is really another promising leading man and a serious drama actor! Great!

This said next episode of "MMK" is JM's comeback appearance on TV right after their hit Primetime TV series "Kristine". And this is a great acting prelude for his next big TV series project, "Mula Sa Puso" which will launch him as a new leading man in a major role!

JM will reprise the character of the late Rico Yan before as Gabriel Maglayon in the new "Mula Sa Puso". He will be paired with the young actress Lauren Young!

So before we can see JM portraying the role of Gabriel, let's see him first playing the character of an OFW Jay! Many viewers can truly relate with this Saturday's story as different issues and controversies today pertain to many Filipinos abroad!

Joining JM De Guzman in "MMK" this Saturday are Robert Arevalo, Nikki Valencia, and Ms. Gloria Diaz! The story is written by Shugo Praico and under the direction of Lino Cayetano.

  2. mabuti naman at bukod sa mga stars which were plucked from reality tv shows like the 'pinoy big brother" series nag-scout din ang abs-cbn ng mga talents from theater and indie films. ;)
