Sparkle GMA Artist Center hunk chinito young actor Kimson Tan signed contract for an international film, the Singaporean movie "King of Hawkers."
The movie revolves around the story of famous Hawker Food Centers in Singapore. And this is under the direction of Kelvin Sng.
Kimson's contract signing took place on Friday, December 2, 2022. Joining him on the event are the GMA Executives namely GMA International First Vice President and Head of Operations Joseph T. Francia, Sparkle GMA Artist Center Assisstant Vice President for Talent Management Group Joy Marcelo, First Vice President for Program Management Joey Abacan, and First Vice President and Head of Regional TV and Synergy and acting head of GMA Intergrated News Oliver B. Amoroso.
After Kimson's contract signing, we had a virtual media conference with Kimson on Tuesday, December 6 where he shared his excitement doing the movie. "For sure, I'll give my best in Singapore, and one-month training will be so hard, but it's all gonna be worth it when the film comes out," Kimson expressed.
On my interview with Kimson, I've asked him about his learning from the chef who trained him for the movie. I'm also curious about the food that he will showcase on the movie and if there is a chance that he recommend a dish that will be featured on a particular.

Kimson also narrated his story on how he was chosen to star in the movie. He is also very much excited about his character in the movie that will be revealed soon!
Meanwhile on the last part of our virtual mediacon, the bloggers and the media people got amazed when Kimson spoke Mandarin fluently inviting the viewers to watch the film.
"King of Hawkers," a Singaporean movie under the direction of the famous Singaporean filmmaker and producer Kelvin Sng is set to hit the Asian theaters this coming 2023!
