Kara David will share inspiring stories to the viewers via his newest show, "Dream Home."

The program which will air in GMA News TV showcases different "from rugs to richest" stories. Different people who once dream but in the end, they achieved   the dream they once had. Here is a glimpse of the said new show:

- the iconic lines of Amor Powers and Madam Claudia are set to witness tonight in the second to the last day of "Pangako Sa'yo."

It’s finally payback time for Amor (Jodi Sta. Maria) in the top-rating series “Pangako Sa ‘Yo” as she is set to seek revenge for the death of her son, who was unmercifully killed by her nemesis Claudia (Angelica Panganiban).

After hurting and manipulating the people around her, including her children, is there still room for forgiveness for Claudia?

Will Yna and Angelo finally get their shot at happily ever after?

The breathtaking scenes in “Pangako Sa ‘Yo” have gripped viewers nationwide, even pushing the program to record a new all-time high national TV rating of 42.7% on Tuesday night (Feb 9), a solid 25-point lead over GMA’s “That’s My Amboy” that only got 17%, according to data from Kantar Media.

Two lovers’ ultimate promise of love to each will face its final test as the iconic teleserye “Pangako Sa ‘Yo” led by Asia’s emerging love team, Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, draws to a close this week.

Culminating on February 12, the retelling of the classic Filipino love story has garnered praises and successes since it started airing in May 2015.

One of these is its enormous impact on the careers of Kathryn and Daniel, further sealing their positions as Philippine showbiz’s Teen Queen and King.

“This project is a stepping for me and DJ (Daniel) to be more open to mature roles. This is the perfect project because it’s been tried and tested, you can see that we have really grown here. And that’s the goal – to show a different side of us,” said Kathryn, who portrays Yna in the series.

Daniel, meanwhile, cannot help but reminisce the scene he considers the most memorable from “Pangako.” “That trailer where we were running on a hill, that is memorable to me, because everything started there. We felt at that time that this was it. It’s a legendary scene. It’s an honor for us,” shared Daniel.

But aside from the undeniable impact of Kathryn and Daniel’s team-up is the unexpected love team of Jodi and Ian known as “AmorAdo,” which added spice to the series.

In fact, Jodi and Ian have gained their own solid following after fans noticed their undeniable chemistry on-screen.

The remake also made a mark in terms of acting, as Jodi and Angelica Panganiban reprised the notable roles of Amor Powers and Claudia Buenavista. Like in the first “Pangako,” the two Kapamilya actresses did not disappoint in conveying the humanity, pain, and toughness of their respective characters.

In the last few days of “Pangako Sa ‘Yo,” Amor (Jodi Sta. Maria) and Eduardo (Ian Veneracion) finally found out that Yna is their long lost daughter Maria Amor, despite Claudia’s efforts to hide the truth from them.

But following this revelation is the realization that Yna and Angelo (Daniel) are half-siblings, who recently vowed to love each other forever by tying the knot.

How will this affect Yna and Angelo’s promise of love? How will they discover that Angelo’s real father is Simon (Alex Medina) and not Eduardo? Will Claudia be still able to destroy Amor and Eduardo’s happiness?

Since it premiered last year, “Pangako Sa ‘Yo” has consistently recorded high TV ratings and beat its rival program, according to data from Kantar Media.

In fact, it got its all-time high national TV rating of 40.6% last Tuesday (Feb 2), where Amor and Eduardo were seen leading closer to the truth about their daughter Maria Amor.

“Pangako Sa ‘Yo” also was also trailblazing online as it is the first-ever teleserye in the country to generate 1 million tweets on Twitter last June 2015 with its “Batas ng Alipin” episode. Aside from that, it was also the most searched TV series in the country, according to search engine Google.

As the program continued to reach new heights, Kathryn and Daniel’s achievements also kept coming. During the show’s run, Kathryn and Daniel, received numerous awards from different award-giving bodies, such as Vietnam’s Face of the Year Awards, LionHearTV’s RAWR Awards, PUSH Awards, ASAP Pop Teen Awards, and ALTA Awards.

The show also produced best-selling merchandise. Proving the popularity of the series are its jam-packed mall shows and “Thanksgiving Day” legs in the country and in the United States.

If anybody ever wonders why Star Cinema movies rake is more and more money than they already do locally, it is because of their main man and major liaison to world cinema, Ted Neri!

Truly the only man who has instant and indelible access to select cinemas and venues who can always assure Star Cinema has its captured market and demographic abroad that keeps on expanding, Ted is always on the move and on the lookout for cinema venues and locales where he takes Star Cinema’s blockbuster to become international blockbusters. I studied well the behaviour of the tourism industry. He is quick to make the connection between local audiences and the Filipino movie audiences abroad.

Well-connected and well rounded with how he is going to handle big celebrities, “you need to know them very well. Not just well. Case in point: with the myears that he has already known Manila Mayor Joseph Ejercito Estrada, “gamay na gamay ko na siya, both as a colleague and as a friend. He does not just trust anyone and he has really strong instincts kung kanino siya dapat magtiwala. So I was lucky to be a close pal all these years.” Ever the humble man, the years Ted refers to with the friendship he has with Erap is already counting more than two decades. “In fact mayor and Vice President days pa lang ni Erap magkasama na kami, so I know kapag magkasama kami, we are like close pals already kasi alam kong may confidence siya sa akin.”

How does an individual like Ted Neri survive triumphantly in an industry that is viewed to be a happy circus with some shadowy personalities lurking here and there? “I just keep my ground. Committed lang ako with what I do, kase alam ko ang takbo ng tourism industry. Always focus on the good lang.” (TV Series Craze)

Celebrate the beginning of the love month with a hugot feast and great conversations on life and love via the cable TV premiere of the hit Cinema One Originals film “That Thing Called Tadhana” on Cinema One this Sunday (February 7).

Relive the story of Mace (Angelica Panganiban) and Anthony (JM de Guzmans), two strangers who embark on an ultimate road trip in Baguio and Sagada to forget about their heartaches and to find an answer to the question, where do broken hearts go.

“That Thing Called Tadhana,” which gained commercial and critical success, is the country’s highest grossing Filipino independent film. It also reaped numerous honors including Audience Prize for Best Picture and Best Actress award for Angelica Panganiban in the 2014 Cinema One Originals Film Festival and four nominations in the prestigious 38th Gawad Urian Awards.
The movie also won as the grand prize winner of the 2015 Guam International Film Festival as the best narrative film feature.

Antoinette Jadaone’s film also earned positive reviews from notable film critics and was considered one of the best films of 2014 and 2015.

“There are two things that define the Filipino romantic comedy: kilig and manufactured conflict. What is strange and ultimately so memorable about That Thing Called Tadhana is that it eschews both. It strips romance down to its core,” said critic Philbert Dy of Click The City.

Fall slowly in love like Mace and Anthony this Sunday with “That Thing Called Tadhana” only on the number one channel Cinema One this Sunday at 8PM. Encore airing will be on February 13 at 9PM. (TV Series Craze)
