KC Concepcion emerged as the winner of this 2013's Kontrabida of the Year award here in our very own 4TH TV Series Craze Awards 2013. KC's effective portrayal as Alexis, the villain of the Soap Opera Queen Judy Ann Santos and the mistress of the hunk actor Sam Milby in the hit Primetime TV series "Huwag Ka Lang Mawawala" made the netizens vote for her!
KC garnered an overall percentage votes of 38.46% beating the other teleserye kontrabidas like Kaye Abad of "Annaliza" who got 20.88% taking the second spot and Angel Aquino of "Apoy Sa Dagat" with 16.48% landing on the third place.
This is actually the second time that KC won an award for their teleserye "Huwag Ka Lang Mawawala." In the recent 2013 PMPC Star Awards for TV, KC also received the Best Supporting Actress trophy. Well if KC failed to get the Best Actress award in the 39TH Metro Manila Film Festival for their movie "Boy Golden", she is still a big winner in the TV series world!
