"Girl in the Rain..." this is the phase which just recently trended in Twitter and in the different social networking sites after Star Cinema released a teaser of their upcoming romance flick showing a girl in the rain fixing her own car. And the girl was caught in the video by a handsome young man!

The "Girl in the Rain" is no other than the blockbuster actress Ms. Bea Alonzo. This is now her new title after her said scene in the middle of the rain caught the hearts of many viewers. Ms. Vanessa Valdez, the writer of the story discussed the reason behind the hit of the said scene.

"It's very unusual. Oo normal lang na makakita tayo ng isang babae na nagpapalit mag-isa ng sariling gulong ng kotse. Pero ito kakaiba! 'Ung babae walang pakialam kahit mabasa siya ng ulan sa gitna ng daan. Wala akong paki basta kailangang makauwi ako", Valdez explaining the said weird scene of a classy girl caught in the rain fixing her car.

"And eventually, may isang gwapong Enrique Gil na nabighani at kukuhanan siya ng video," the writer added. Dressed in a beautiful all-black dress, Bea discussed her transformations in the different Star Cinema movies. Late last year, she played "The Mistress" to an old man played by the veteran actor Mr. Ronaldo Valdez. Then June of 2013, Bea once more played another intriguing character. Her confrontation scenes as a dominant sister with Angel got the notch from many viewers! Now with her new movie "She's The One," expect for another exceptional character of Bea.

Bea revealed to the bloggers present in the event how she feels everytime that she has a new movie. "Lagi akong kinakabahan lalo na pag papalapit na ang showing ng new movie ko," she said. "Tinatawanan ko na lang, relax lang, walang pressure," Bea answered when asked if she was pressured to break her own film records.

Bea was crowded as a "Box-Office Queen" after having two blockbuster hit movies - "One More Chance" in 2007 and "The Mistress" in 2012 all with long-time onscreen partner John Lloyd Cruz.

The actress also shared her versatility being paired to different actors in the country. "After kay Tito Ronaldo, pwedeng next naman kay Tito Eddie Garcia naman," she said with humor. Actually, this movie is in contrast with her previous "The Mistress." In the said film, Bea is paired to an older man (Ronaldo Valdez) this time to a younger guy (Enrique Gil).

Bea even talked about her two leading men Dong and Quen. She revealed how friendship and camaraderie started between her and the boyfriend of Marian Rivera since they came from two rival networks. On the other hand, she praised Quen with his distinct acting stint. "Sobrang galing ni Quen dito. Mabibilid ka na kaya niya palang gawin 'ung ganito," the actress added.
