An Instagram user named kabitninograles posted on her official IG account a photo of the actress Sunshine Cruz showing her face with a sign of a slap.
The photo was captioned:
"May nagpadala saken Mothers day 2013 picture ni Ms. Sunshine. Totoo bang sya itey??"
"Rape nga itey divah???"

Is this photo real or fabricated/? Is this the real Sunshine Cruz?
If this photo is true, if will be a great evidence of Sunshine's accusation that the was raped by husband Cesar Montano on Mother's Day which is also the reason of the case he filled against her better half.
